Mid-Century Charmer in Old Irving Park

We are so happy you chose our house in Old Irving Park for your trip to Greensboro. We hope you’ll make the most of this cozy home, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area. We would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home. Thank you in advance for being a super guest! Pets / Smoking / Property Damage 1. No pets. 2. No smoking. 3. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the fair market value of property must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Parties / Number of guests 1. No parties or events. 2. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 9PM-8AM. 3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 adults. Guests beyond maximum without approval from host will result in cancellation of reservation without refund. Cleanliness / Thoughtfulness 1. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room or kitchen. 2. Do not rearrange furniture. 3. Dispose of the garbage/recycling. Bins are by the garage. Pickup is every Monday. We request that guests who stay Sunday/Monday roll the bins to the street no later than 7AM Monday and retrieve after pickup. 4. Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock the doors. The Booking Guest agrees to the following statements regarding Guest Screening: “I [the Booking Guest] give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation.
